Technical Verification

Escrow Global technical department has in-house tools and methods necessary to verify the deposited escrow materials at different levels in order to increase the quality of the escrow deposit and provide you with more information on the deposited materials.

From our experience, the escrow materials that are deposited are often incomplete—The purpose of the verification is to check and confirm the readability, the completeness, and the accuracy of the deposited materials.

VERIFICATION LEVELS

LEVEL 1

VERIFY

Standard verification - carried out on all deposits. Materials are verified for the presence and readability of the relevant data as presented and detailed by the Depositor. We have self developed automated software tools assisting in this process.

LEVEL 2

VERIFY COMPILE

A thorough, more complete inspection which includes compiling and building the deposited materials at the software supplier’s site in an existing development environment.

LEVEL 3

VERIFY BUILD TEST

The deposited materials are used in a sterile environment to rebuild, compile, deploy, and test the executable version to establish the functionality of the product and its deposited source codes.
